The last few days ...

... have seemed to fly by.
Last Friday, I actually was able to go into London on my own.
Hit Scrapbook Memories and Michael's for a few scrappies.
Stocked up on my favorite white t-shirts from Eddie Bauer.
Bought spring button downs for the boys and some jeans for Bob from the Children's Place.
Tried to get the little 4-wheeler fixed (with no success).
And the obligatory stop at Walmart for kids' birthday gifts.
Bob had a birthday party to go to on Saturday. Came home soakin' wet and happy as a lark.
Yesterday, this crazy little man turned 3.

His favorite gift.

Beautiful day, so the lads suited up for some outdoor fun.

Off to collect beer bottles on the side of the road. Evidently, drinking and driving is still very much a reality because they came home loaded (with empties ... not drunk).

Oma, Opa and Grandma came by in the afternoon for cake. Paul is the only one of the boys that actually got a cake this year because he's the only one who will eat it. Strange kids I grow.

On to scrappy stuff. I'm pretty slow at uploading these things. I did this one about a month ago. My husband last summer at the Pinery. I teased him all day about his sunglasses.

I did this one at the crop I went to in February. Will always gets new books from the library out the minute he gets hom from school and reads them out loud to everyone.

Yes ... Distress Stickles on the letters. What did I ever do before Distress Stickles?

Last, but certainly not least ... I was chosen to be a guest on the Design Team at Back Porch Memories for the month of April! Yay! Can't wait to see what we'll be designing with!
This is the layout I completed for the contest.
The photo is Paul from Christmas Day.

I used so many pop dots that this is one of the thickest layouts I've ever done.
And I love it.
